London to Brighton Off Road Bike Ride 2023

I was planning to run the Royal Parks half-marathon in October, but had to pull out owed to an injury. Instead, I am taking on Europe's biggest charity mountain bike challenge which will cover over 60 miles of gravel, single-track and fields, plus 1,295m of hills to climb. 

I am hoping to raise lots of money for Back Up who, for 30 years, have been helping people and their families to rebuild their independence after a spinal cord injury.
