Brighton Marathon for Back Up

I will be running Brighton Marathon on the 7th of April in aid of Back Up Trust, a charity that supports spinal cord injury survivors through rehabilitation, support groups and 1-1 mentoring.

3 years ago my partner suffered a life changing spinal cord injury, through a freak accident. Despite not knowing about Back Up Trust at the time of her accident, she has started to work with the charity in mentoring other spinal cord injury survivors to help them navigate their lives post injury.

Throughout her work with the charity, she has seen how much of a positive impact just talking to somebody else who understands what they're going through can have on spinal cord injury survivors.

Your donations will make a real impact by supporting the work of this charity and helping them in their goal to promote their services to all spinal cord injury survivors, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives and not to be defined by their injury.
